Do you have a show room?
No, all our products are easily accessible to view via our online brochures – our premises are for drop off and collection only.
Where are you, and can I park nearby?
We are located just off Brooklands roundabout at 26 Appledore drive, M23 9WW.
From Brooklands roundabout join Altrincham Road, then immediately take the first right onto Shady Lane, once over the bridge, take the first left, follow the road round and we are on the right hand side. You can park directly outside our property to make your drop off or collection as easy as possible.
When dropping off, please be respectful to the other residents on the road by not blocking their driveways
How do I order new awards?
Step 1 – Take a look through the Trophy & Awards Brochures for the items you require.
Step 2 – Simply make a note of the product name/code, size and the quantity of each item. If centres are required please let us know which sport/activity you would like if it doesn’t correspond with the award.
Step 3 – Send us your order via email to firstname.lastname@example.org along with any engraving required.

How do I give you my engraving?
For annual engraving – please clearly label up each item with the engraving required prior to dropping off to avoid any errors.

Can I just order engraved plates?
Yes, plates come in silver/chrome or gold/brass coloured.
Individual plates start from £6.00 – please ask for quantity prices.`

What are the Prices?
Trophy and award prices can be found in the online brochures – we offer free personalised engraved plates for most items over £5.00, subject to trophy type – please ask for more details.
Engraving on tankards and salvers (from £15.00), shield (from £10.00), glass (please ask for a quote), medals (from 50p)
Note: all prices are subject to volume, please ask for a quote.
For personal item engravings – please email photos and wording for a quote.
Cylindrical engraving (from £10.00) – Flat engraving (from £7.00)
What items can be engraved?
Most new regular trophies, cups and some glass can have a flat personalised engraved plate added to the base. Flat bases can also have annual plates added. Plates can also be added to boxes that have a flat surface e.g. jewellery boxes, photo frames.
Round bases with bands.
Most tankards, salvers, shield banners and centres, medals and glass. Please note all engraving on glass must be given at the time of ordering. Some items can also have personalised logos.
We can engrave directly onto most cups, (not porcelain), these need to be silver or cast cups.
Most personal items including, jewellery, tankards, hip flasks, cufflinks, some photo frames, etc can be engraved. (please note we cannot engrave watches, expandable bracelets, inside of bracelets or rings. Please send us a photo of your item for a quote.
Pet tags, dog tags and most items with a flat surface can be engraved.
How long does my order take?
Generally, we would ask for a week on each order to ensure we can work on preparing your order on the days that we are not open for drop offs and collection, and to give us time to purchase your new items. Some items may take a little longer so the more notice you can give us the better. We will discuss a collection date when ordering or can let you know as soon as your order is ready.
If you need your order quicker, please discuss this with us as we can usually accommodate this as lots of items are ready sooner.
Can you provide personalised centres?
Yes we can, please email us your logo or art work required and we can give you a quote depending on how many centres are required.
We are happy to arrange deliveries via royal mail, prices will be provided on a individual bases, depending on the weight and award size.
For larger orders we may be able to collect or deliver within our local area, please email us to discuss.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside the UK.
We currently accept bank transfer and cash payments, with card payments coming soon.
Payment for new items will normally be required upfront – for larger orders a deposit of 50% will be needed to help cover upfront costs.
Engraved Glass and personalised items will require full payment up front.
